1. Who we are

Anibot (CVR: 40431128) is a Danish digital agency providing AI Visibility subscriptions, SEO services, email marketing, content production, and Shopify development. We operate at anibot.dk and serve clients across Denmark and the European Union.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact data: name, email address, company name, website URL - provided when you contact us, request a free audit, or sign up for a subscription.
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent, browser type, IP address - collected automatically via Google Analytics.
• Business data: information about your business and website provided during onboarding and service delivery.
• Payment data: billing and payment information processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Communication data: emails and messages you send us.

3. How we use your data

• To deliver our services (AI Visibility subscription, SEO, email, content, development)
• To communicate about your subscription or project
• To improve our website and services via analytics
• To send marketing communications (with your consent)
• To comply with legal obligations
• To run advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

• Contract: processing necessary to deliver our services (Article 6(1)(b))
• Legitimate interest: analytics, service improvement, fraud prevention (Article 6(1)(f))
• Consent: marketing emails, advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel (Article 6(1)(a))
• Legal obligation: accounting, tax records (Article 6(1)(c))

5. Cookies and tracking

We use the following tracking technologies:

• Google Tag Manager: manages all tracking scripts
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): website analytics. Data processed by Google LLC (US). Governed by Google's data processing terms.
• Google Ads: conversion tracking for advertising campaigns
• Meta Pixel: advertising and conversion tracking for Facebook and Instagram. Data processed by Meta Platforms Inc. (US).
• TikTok Pixel: advertising tracking for TikTok campaigns (when active)
• LinkedIn Insight Tag: advertising tracking for LinkedIn campaigns (when active)

All non-essential cookies and tracking pixels are only activated after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

6. Data transfers outside the EU

Some of our service providers are based outside the EU/EEA, including Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. in the United States. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission. We only use providers who maintain adequate data protection standards.

7. Data retention

• Client data: retained for the duration of the contract plus 5 years (Danish accounting law)
• Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months)
• Contact form submissions: retained for 2 years
• Email communications: retained for 3 years

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data (Article 15)
• Correct inaccurate data (Article 16)
• Request deletion of your data (Article 17)
• Restrict processing (Article 18)
• Data portability (Article 20)
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21)
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve or regulations change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. The current version is always available at anibot.dk/privacy.
