Terms of Service

1. About Anibot

Anibot (CVR: 40431128) is a Danish digital agency. These terms govern your use of anibot.dk and all services provided by Anibot, including AI Visibility subscriptions, SEO services, email marketing, content production, and Shopify development.

2. Services

Anibot offers the following services:

• AI Visibility Subscription: Software platform and fully managed service to improve visibility in AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, Gemini, Copilot). 2,495 DKK/month.
• Organic Growth: SEO services for Shopify stores and business websites.
• Email Revenue: Email marketing flows and campaigns.
• Content & Creative: Content production including blog posts, product texts, and ad copy.
• Shopify Development: Custom Shopify theme sections and technical implementations.

3. Free trial and subscription

The AI Visibility subscription includes a 7-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial. After the trial period, the subscription renews monthly at 2,495 DKK excl. VAT. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

Cancellation can be requested by emailing hello@anibot.dk. We require one month's notice. Payments already processed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are stated excl. Danish VAT (25%) unless otherwise specified. B2B clients registered in the EU with a valid VAT number may be eligible for reverse charge. Invoices are issued electronically.

5. Delivery and access

Subscription services commence within one working day of confirmed payment. Software access is granted upon activation. Managed services (content, optimisation, reporting) are delivered on a monthly cycle. Anibot reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines due to circumstances outside our control.

6. Client obligations

To deliver our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and website
• Grant necessary access to your website, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile as required
• Respond to requests for approval or information within a reasonable time
• Not use our services for illegal purposes

7. Intellectual property

Content produced by Anibot for your business (blog posts, web copy, etc.) becomes your property upon full payment. Anibot retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. The Anibot software platform, methods, and systems remain the property of Anibot.

8. Limitation of liability

Anibot does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-side variables. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the preceding three months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Denmark. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence. For complaints, you may also contact the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
