Getting Started

What happens after you sign up

Within one working day of signing up, you will receive an email from us. We will introduce your account manager, confirm what access we need, and set a start date for your first month. You do not need to prepare anything in advance - we will walk you through each step.

If you signed up during a free trial, your 7-day trial begins the moment your account is confirmed. We use that time to run your initial audit and prepare your first month of work, so we can start delivering from day one of your paid subscription.

What access we need from you

To deliver the service, we typically need the following:

Google Analytics 4Read access so we can track traffic, sessions, and conversions. Used to measure what is working.
Google Search ConsoleRead/full access so we can see keyword impressions, clicks, index coverage, and technical errors.
Google Business ProfileAccess to optimise your listing, manage posts, and monitor local visibility.
Your websiteTemporary editor or admin access to publish blog content, make on-page changes, and implement schema markup. We do not make structural or design changes without your approval.

We will guide you through each of these. If you use a specific CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.) we will send you precise instructions for that platform.

If you cannot provide website access for any reason, let us know. We can still deliver most of the service - we will prepare the changes and send them to you to implement yourself.

What to expect in month 1

Month 1 is foundation work. Do not expect dramatic ranking changes yet - that is not how this works, and anyone who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you.

What we do in month 1:

  • Full technical audit of your website
  • Keyword research - identifying which search terms your customers are actually using
  • AI Visibility baseline - we test how you currently appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, and Gemini
  • On-page fixes for the most critical issues found in the audit
  • Schema markup implementation (structured data that tells AI systems who you are and what you offer)
  • First blog article researched, written, and published
  • Google Business Profile reviewed and optimised

At the end of month 1 you will receive your first monthly report showing your baseline scores and everything that was completed.

What to expect in months 2 and 3

This is when the work starts compounding. The technical fixes from month 1 have been indexed by Google. Content is building. Backlinks are starting.

What typically happens:

  • Keyword rankings begin moving - especially for less competitive terms
  • AI Visibility Score improves as schema and content signals strengthen
  • You start appearing in some AI-generated answers for local or niche queries
  • Backlink acquisition begins - first links typically appear in month 2
  • Second and third blog articles published

Most clients see their first meaningful AI visibility improvements between weeks 6 and 10. Google rankings for competitive terms take longer - typically 3 to 6 months to show clear movement.

What to expect from month 4 onwards

This is the growth phase. The foundation is set, content is accumulating, and authority is building month by month.

  • Consistent keyword ranking improvements
  • Organic traffic growing month over month
  • More frequent AI mentions across platforms
  • Backlink profile strengthening
  • Monthly reports showing clear progress trends
SEO and AI Visibility are compounding investments. A client who has been with us for 12 months will have 52 published articles, dozens of backlinks, and a mature schema structure that AI systems trust. That is very difficult for a competitor to replicate quickly.

Our Service

Weekly blog content

Every week we write and publish one article optimised for both traditional search and AI retrieval. The article is written in your brand voice, targets a specific keyword or AI prompt, and is structured so AI systems can cite it as a source.

How it works:

  • We select the topic based on your keyword and prompt research data
  • We write the article - typically 800 to 1,500 words
  • We publish it directly to your site - no action needed from you
  • The article includes proper headings, schema markup, internal links, and a clear CTA

You will receive a monthly content calendar showing upcoming topics. If you want to suggest topics or approve content before publishing, let us know - we can add an approval step to your workflow.

On-page optimisation

Each month we review your most important pages and make improvements based on what the data shows.

Title tags and meta descriptionsWhat appears in Google search results. Critical for click-through rates.
Heading structureH1, H2, H3 hierarchy. How your page is understood by search engines and AI.
Internal linkingConnecting pages correctly so link authority flows through your site.
Schema markupStructured data that tells AI systems your business name, services, location, reviews, and hours.
Content improvementsRewriting or expanding underperforming pages based on what search intent requires.

We log every change we make. You can see a full summary in your monthly report.

Google Business Profile management

For local businesses, your Google Business Profile (GBP) is one of the most powerful visibility tools available. It determines whether you appear in Google Maps, the local pack, and increasingly in Google AI answers for local queries.

Each month we:

  • Post an update to your GBP - keeping the profile active signals to Google that your business is current
  • Review and update your business information if anything changes
  • Monitor for new reviews and flag them to you
  • Optimise your service categories and descriptions
We do not respond to reviews on your behalf - that should always come from you directly. But we will flag any reviews that need attention, including negative ones.

Monthly report

On the first working week of each month you will receive your monthly report. It is designed to be read in under five minutes.

What is in it:

  • Your AI Visibility Score - current month vs previous month
  • Keyword rankings - what moved up, what moved down
  • Organic traffic - sessions and trend direction
  • Backlinks - new links acquired this month
  • Content published - articles and on-page work completed
  • AI platform appearances - where your business was mentioned or cited by AI
  • Next month's priorities

If you have questions about your report, reply to the email and we will explain anything within one working day.

The Software

Keywords tab

This shows how your website ranks for specific search terms across Google Desktop, Google Mobile, and Google Maps.

PositionWhere your page appears in Google search results. Position 1 is the top result. Positions 1-10 are on page one.
Net changeHow your ranking changed compared to the previous period. A positive number means you moved up.
Desktop vs MobileRankings can differ between devices. Mobile rankings matter more for most local businesses.
MapsYour Google Maps / local pack ranking for that keyword. This is separate from organic search.

We add and manage your tracked keywords. If you want a specific keyword added, email hello@anibot.dk.

Prompts tab

This is the AI Visibility tracking - the core of what makes Anibot different from standard SEO tools. It shows how often your business appears when someone asks an AI assistant a relevant question.

PromptA question someone would ask an AI assistant. For example: “Which dentist in Copenhagen do you recommend?”
Visibility %What percentage of the time your business appears in the AI's response for that prompt.
Avg positionWhere in the response your business appears when it does show up.
AI VolumeEstimated number of people asking this prompt monthly across AI platforms.
CitationsHow many times you were cited as a source in the AI response.
PlatformsWhich AI assistants found you: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Meta AI.

A Found indicator means the AI mentioned or cited your business. Not found means it answered the question without mentioning you - that is the gap we are working to close.

Visibility percentage improves as your schema, content, and authority signals strengthen over time. Most clients see meaningful improvement between weeks 6 and 12.

Heatmaps tab

The heatmap shows your Google Maps ranking across different geographic points in your city or area.

  • Each dot on the map represents a search location
  • The number on the dot is your Google Maps ranking from that location - 1 is the top result, 20 means you are not visible
  • Green dots = strong visibility, yellow = moderate, red = weak or not found

This matters because your Maps ranking from one part of the city can differ significantly from another. A dentist in central Copenhagen might rank 1st for nearby searchers but 15th for searchers in a different neighbourhood. The heatmap shows exactly where you are strong and where there is opportunity.

Audits tab

The audit scans your website for technical issues that affect search visibility and AI readability.

CriticalIssues that actively harm your rankings. We fix these first.
WarningIssues that limit your potential. We address these in the following months.
NoticeMinor issues worth knowing about. Lower priority but worth tracking.
PassedChecks your site passed. The goal is to move everything here over time.

We run a fresh audit each month. You will see your issue count decrease as we work through them. The audit tab also shows the number of pages scanned and when the last audit ran.

FAQ

How long before I see results?

Honest answer: meaningful movement in AI Visibility typically appears between weeks 6 and 12. Google keyword rankings for less competitive terms often move within 60 to 90 days. For competitive terms in competitive markets, expect 4 to 6 months before clear movement.

Month 1 is foundation work. If you are expecting results in the first two weeks, this is not the right service - and no legitimate SEO or AI visibility service can deliver that honestly.

Is your content written by AI or humans?

Both. We use AI tools to research, draft, and structure content efficiently - then our team reviews, edits, and quality-checks every article before it is published. You get the speed of AI production with the judgment of an experienced editor.

We never publish raw AI output. Every article is checked for accuracy, brand voice, and quality before it goes live.

Do I need to do anything?

Very little. We handle everything. The main things we need from you:

  • Give us the access listed in the Getting Started section - this is a one-time setup
  • Review your monthly report
  • Approve any major changes if you have opted into an approval workflow

Beyond that, we run the service. That is the point.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No minimum contract. Cancel with one month's notice by emailing hello@anibot.dk. You will not be charged after your notice period ends. No questions asked.

Do you need admin access to my website?

We request temporary editor or admin access to publish content and implement on-page changes. We do not make design changes, delete content, or touch anything outside the agreed scope without asking you first.

If you cannot give website access, tell us. We will prepare all changes and send them to you to implement - this just adds a step and may slightly slow the pace of on-page work.

What if I can't give access to Google Analytics or Search Console?

We strongly recommend giving access - without it we cannot measure what is working or make fully data-driven decisions. But if you have restrictions (agency contracts, IT policies, etc.), we can work with limited data and use our own tracking tools to fill the gaps.

What languages do you support?

We produce content in Danish and English as standard. Through our platform we support 35+ languages - if you need content in another language, let us know and we will confirm availability for your specific requirements.

What is AI Visibility and how is it different from SEO?

Traditional SEO optimises your website so Google shows it in search results when someone types a query. AI Visibility optimises your business so AI assistants - ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, Gemini, Copilot - mention or recommend you when someone asks a question.

The two overlap but are not the same. A site can rank well on Google but be completely invisible in AI search. We work on both simultaneously, because search is moving in both directions at once.

Do I need to use your Blog CMS?

No. If your website already has a blog section, we publish directly to it. The hosted Blog CMS is available as an alternative if you do not have a blog - we host it on a subdomain that is fully indexed by Google as part of your site. Both approaches produce the same SEO and AI Visibility results.

My ranking dropped - what happened?

Rankings fluctuate. Google updates its algorithm regularly, and short-term drops are normal - especially in the first 3 months before your authority base is established.

If you see a drop in your dashboard, check your monthly report first - we comment on any significant movements and explain what we believe caused them. If you have a concern outside of the monthly report cycle, email hello@anibot.dk and we will look into it within one working day.

How do I update my billing?

Email hello@anibot.dk with your request and we will send you a secure link to update your payment details. We do not store card information directly - payments are handled by our payment provider.

Still have a question?

Email us at hello@anibot.dk - we reply within one working day.
